Celebrar was a campaign I conceived, designed, and implemented for Transfácil, marking the first time all 680 employees of the company were invited to a collective celebration. The challenge was to create an accessible, interactive, and engaging campaign that would reach everyone. Over the course of four weeks, posters were displayed across the 42 stations operated by Transfácil as well as throughout the five floors of the administrative building. At the same time, employees’ computer wallpapers were updated weekly to interact with that week’s poster, creating a unified and dynamic visual experience. The campaign was built using the newly developed brand color palette, making it part of a broader cultural transformation within the company. The invitations were designed in three color variations, each representing one of the brand colors and corresponding to a specific event time. Since Transfácil operates 24/7, three separate parties were organized, and each invitation worked not only as an entry ticket but also as a raffle ticket for the event’s giveaways. In the third week of the campaign, employees were invited to write on sticky notes the reasons they had to celebrate that year. At the final party, all these notes came together to form a large mural—a collective wall of celebration.
